Store Policies

Shipping Policies:
After your order ships out you will receive an email and or text message that will include a tracking number. No email or text? Your order has not yet been shipped out! 

Estimated processing and shipping times are displayed below each product.

All turnaround times are NOT guaranteed. Processing timeframes do not include weekends. Shipping timeframes do not include Sundays. The payment processing time for each order is 5-6 days. We want to ensure that all payments fully process before preparing an order for shipping.

Shipping and Turnaround times are 2 different things!

Turnaround time is how long the process takes for us to make/prepare your order before shipping it out.

Shipping is how long your order takes to get to you! 

Do not assume that the 2-3 day shipping time frame that you've received at checkout is how long your order will take to prepare, ship out and get delivered to you.


The current turnaround time for boutique, accessories and very few custom items is up to 3-6 weeks due to COVID-19. Majority of custom items will continue to ship out in a timely manner.


If a package is returned as 'non-deliverable' we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s)not including the shipping charge because the shipping charge has been used.

We do not accept refunded cancellations! If you'd like to cancel an order you will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card.If you purchase multiple items that have 2 different shipping timeframes or are temporarily out of stock, please note that Multifaced Luxuries ships all items that are available and ready to ship first and may ship multiple items of your order at different times and you have not been shorted of any item(s).

If your order has exceeded the standard/advertised shipping timeframes please email us at with any questions or concerns. When inquiring please include, Full name on order, Item(s) purchased, and order number(s).

Returns and exchanges:

Multifaced Luxuries does not accept returns or cancellations!

If you've purchased an item and it is unavailable, you will receive store credit for any items purchased that are unavailable.

Most of the time when people request refunds, we have already purchased everything we need to produce the order.

Exchanges may be accepted under certain circumstances!

There are ABSOLUTELY NOreturns/cancellations/exchanges on custom items, bathing suits, bodysuits/leotards, shoes, and headwear.

Includes any items that are custom made with names, dates, photos etc. 


But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

All customers are responsible for reading the shop policies and will not be held responsible for incorrect sizes, lengths or words because you didn't read the items descriptions.

If you don't know please do not hesitate to email us and ask questions.

If placing an order for any custom item that includes your own name/words, we ask that you PLEASE make sure that all spelling, names, dates, and colors are correct. Multifaced Luxuries does exactly as told in the notes box and will not ask any questions after orders are placed for a custom order.
